Marco Filippi

Dr. Marco Filippi is a practitioner, lecturer and researcher working at the intersection of Medical Intelligence, crisis and disaster health management, civil protection, maritime SAR, CBRNe risk, tactical emergency medicine, and societal resilience. His work focuses on translating operational experience into applied frameworks for preparedness, early warning, medical decision-support, critical infrastructure protection, energy and food-security resilience, and civil–military cooperation. He has contributed to NATO, EU, IMO-ICAO EWG, National Civil Protection, EWG-NLW,CTM-E, emergency medicine and security-related initiatives, with a strong interest in how disruptive technologies, hybrid threats, climate stressors and cascading crises reshape public health, emergency response and strategic resilience.
