Elena Leoni

Elena Leoni is an archaeologist and expert in Cultural Awareness and Cultural Property Protection (CPP) within military operations. She participated in numerous expeditions across Oman, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Afghanistan and Iraq as a Geographic Information System (GIS) specialist. She managed international heritage projects funded by UNESCO and the EU(Georgia and Azerbaijan). Since 2016, she has served as a Cultural Advisor and CPP Focal Point within a NATO environment.
